Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Haus Of Zaria is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Haus of Zaria is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
